Meet Cherie, the founder of Verve Avenue™. As a graphic designer with a journalism background, Cherie’s true passion is music. She’s that girl who bursts into song mid-conversation. And while some people her age are hitting the hay, you’ll often find her tossing her Roland keyboard in the back of her SUV to jam with her bandmates at gigs.
When she’s not hanging out with family and friends, she’s off on a road trip to unexplored places, enjoying a serene stroll in breathtaking locations, or getting cozy with a captivating book. Even though her daughter is all grown up and out of the house, Cherie still gets to wrangle and cuddle her two mischievous dogs, Kali and Kane. And, of course, she loves creating art and crafting content for all you awesome individuals in this space!

Meet Emily, a Gen-Zer who is all about her cats, pastel hues, and the witchy vibes of Stevie Nicks. Emily is a proud cat mom to four furballs – the elegant Buttons, the playful Gilbert, the charming Frankie, and the mischievous Squilliam.
This new homeowner is learning the ropes of running her 1930s craftsman bungalow, where she weaves magic with her decorating, cooking, and crafts. You can sometimes spot her and Cherie on the road to the next big concert or catching a musical at the Fabulous Fox in St. Louis.
When she’s not on the move, you’ll find her swinging on her front porch swing with a cat-filled lap, watching the world go by.
